Nick has 30+ years’ experience providing solutions to financial services within payments and transaction banking. He led the commercial relationship with Faster Payments and Bacs for Vocalink, the infrastructure provider, for several years. An innovator, he co-founded a payments fintech where he was responsible for regulatory compliance, operations and dev-ops, adding to his commercial skillset.

Manish is a techno-commercial and a customer champion. He has led mobile payments products and strategy across large corporates and startups.

Scott is a serial private equity professional and has worked for Advent International and Morgan Grenfell. He has a strong track record in raising capital and returning excellent multiples to investors.

Gavin has led the development of payments and open banking solutions across fintech and enterprise environments. His experience spans modernising payment infrastructures, shaping API-driven product strategies, and delivering commercialisation solutions for regulated firms. Gavin has worked on initiatives for national real-time payments providers, and several national open banking API standard programmes.

Glenn is a general counsel and strategic advisor with over 15 years’ experience, with deep expertise in technology, sourcing agreements, M&A, and regulatory compliance.
